She has more than 25 years of financial and management experience and has worked exclusively with and for nonprofit organizations for over 17 years. She established the religious lending division to serve the faith based community and is committed to providing unique services to this market. |

She has more than 12 years experience in the religious/nonprofit sector and brings time-tested expertise in finance structuring, strategic planning, capital campaigns and practical execution to organizations served. This unique experience will help clients attain their vision through solid business practices. |
| Lorraine McConnell is Vice President and Relationship Manager. She has more than 13 years experience in the religious lending market most recently with America's Christian Credit Union where she was instrumental in establishing the church lending portfolio and was a Ministry Supervisor. |
| Cindy Moore is Vice President and Relationship Manager. She brings over 17 years experience in providing financial services to religious and non-profit organizations. She was formerly with Vineyard Bank where she established the Religious Lending Group to serve religious organizations primarily in Southern California. |
| Lisa Hill is Assistant Vice President. She was instrumental in forming Clearinghouse Community Development Financial Institution in California and brings over 15 years experience working with nonprofits providing loans for affordable housing and community facilities. She is very involved in community activities, on several advocacy committees and is an active volunteer. |
